Training Effect: It is used to stretch the arm, back and leg muscles.
How to use:
1. Place your heel firmly on the bar, keeping both legs straight. Gradually bring the torso closer to the supported leg and then to the leg on the ground. Repeat the exercise for the other leg. You will feel the stretching of the biceps muscle and calves.
2. Grasp the bar and do a torso drop with straight legs, gradually bringing your chest closer to the ground. You will feel your shoulder and back muscles stretch.
